- To provide state of the art assessment and treatment for individuals with addictive disorders by providing residential care, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient services managed by a multidisciplinary team including physicians, nurses, counselors, nutritionists and a variety of support personnel, all contributing to the patients care.
- To provide patient care that is honest, compassionate, and effective to assess and treat addictive disorders.
- To make informed decisions about diagnostic and therapeutic intervention based on patient information and preference, documented scientific evidence and clinical judgment.
- To demonstrate ethical decisions making skills in communicating with or counseling patients and their families.
- To pursue a commitment to excellence and ongoing professional development.
- To actively participate in appropriate (when authorized) information exchange about addiction management with patients, their families and other health care support people

- To network with other health care providers and professionals to ensure positive continuation of supportive care for patients when needed.

- To provide quality management though continuous evaluation of patient care through review process.
